Southern Illinois Eclipse

The eclipse was a showstopper here in Southern Illinois and here are two of my photos taken that day. One is of the totality and the other is the “Diamond Ring” as the sun peeks out from behind the moon. You are a mystery to me, O Sun;

Through the ages you continue to burn,

Today you will hide your face from me,
